All saved & locally created builds are now gone

Launched the game today and I've noticed that any locally made/ adjusted builds are completely gone, and all heroes have defaulted back to their "Default [Hero] Build". Favorites is also completely blank now

Worth noting that before noticing this I did favourite a new build, though I'm unsure if this contributed to the issue or not.
