All in-game character voice volume is very quiet, but only when playing on Calico

This started happening a few games ago, I can't precisely tell when, and it only happens when I play Calico. It affects both the Patrons, allied dialog, enemy dialog, my own dialog, and it is persistent across games and even after the most recent patch.

When I play as Lash this issue does not occur and I have no idea what's causing it to happen. My first few games with Calico did not have this issue.
