All abilities disabled rejuv'ed while charging Magic Carpet

With Rejuv available, Dynamo begins channeling Magic Carpet but dies midway through (before the carpet is summoned). Upon respawning via rejuv, all abilities are disabled indefinitely and require an unstuck hero to fix.

Bumping this since it still exists. This also seems to happen if you die (without Rejuv) while you are in the short summoning phase of Magic Carpet. The next time you spawn, you will be unable to cast any abilities until you successfully cast Magic Carpet again. Even fully exiting the game and loading back in doesn't fix it.

Is happening here to Graves in Match ID 69800473 at 46:40.

Bumping, its still in the game.

If you die while channel the carpet you will not be able to use any abilities until you channel it again after respawning.
