During my most recent match (ID: 31920135), alchemical fire would not come out on command. At some point, there was a bug where after respawning, alchemical fire would be auto-equipped, but my character (Paradox) would not raise her hand. I couldn't get rid of it other than throwing it in base, and then it was no longer usable.
I played another game and switched alch fire into the x-slot and decay into the z-slot. Decay no longer worked.
I would provide a time for when it happened, but the replay is not available for download yet.
