How to reproduce
1. Upgrade Viscous' ultimate to max level (to allow for items to be used when ulting).
2. Use the ultimate.
3. Use Alchemical Fire.
As seen in the picture below, the visual indicator for alchemical fire is always shown a set distance away from Viscous, instead of where the cursor is aiming.
However this is only a visual big, as alchemical fire still gets thrown towards the desired location.
