Aghanim's/Ancient Scepter re-work into a Map Objective (reposted from private)

Firstly, I must state that I'm not a DOTA fan, nor do I play MOBAs other than Deadlock in general.
I am however, a Risk of Rain fan, which has an item similar to Aghanim's Scepter in Risk of Rain 1.

[ Obtaining the Devil's Scepter ]

Players would need to split into 2 teams of 3, igniting a portal to Ixia on each side of the map to take on the Keeper of the Scepter.
Killing the Twin Keepers will also disable the mid-boss, converting it into a portal that raises the Ixian Grand Palace (like the original mid-boss) in the middle of the cursed apple.

Finally, you would need to defend one teammate who would forge the Devil's Scepter in the palace's grounds, closing the portal and empowering the teammate who forged the scepter's abilities, but with a catch.

Forging the Scepter makes you heavily vulnerable, holding you in place and removing all resistances for the 7 seconds you have to forge it for.
Killing the player forging the scepter does not stop its creation, giving your team a chance to steal it.

After you forge the scepter, you are holding it (like you would an urn) and can either equip it yourself (with the parry button), or give it to another. (with alt-cast + parry button)
Having the Scepter on you means empowering one ability heavily, which shakes up your gameplay style, and makes you a menace to the enemy team.

General Stat Changes when holding the Scepter:

Empowered a specific ability that adds/shakes up their gameplay.
(Ex. Abrams gains an active on Infernal Resilience, which gives him an a grab attack that cannot be parried)
(Ex. Lash's Flog ability gains a zip-effect which yanks him to the target, allowing him to perform an uppercut strike that launches him with the opponent, which allows him to combo with Ground Strike.)

Increased base stats:
(Ex. +20% Spirit Resist)
(Ex. +700 Bonus Health)
(Basically golden statue buffs with higher numbers)

To fight against the team with the scepter, you have to target the scepter holder.
Stack curses and de-buffs to debilitate them, then execute them.
But killing the holder does not dismiss the scepter, allowing it to be picked up and used for a maximum of three times.
For each time the Scepter is dropped, its stat-buffs decrease in power.
(Ex. +20% Spirit Resist, decreasing by -5%, then -10%.)

[Cosmetics and Visuals]
The player holding the devil's scepter would have a permanent red-flame behind them, and have their gloat portrait on for their character until losing it.

The Keepers of the Scepter would look like big, muscular Ixians (similar to Abrams, but taller and bulkier, brutish almost) in medieval armor and dark crimson skin.
The palace's grounds would look similar to original four-lane mid-boss temple, but with sharper designs to indicate a hellish origin.

(i'm not the greatest with numbers or balance, this is just a general concept for a map objective i would love to see in-game, since deadlock doesn't have a lot of objectives compared to what i've heard from other MOBAs.)
