Adding better afk detection or votekick

Hello,

I have had 2 games now where the same person (dezzy) sat in spawn after 5 mins into the game on purpose. They would move every so often to avoid being kicked. This is a gigantic waste of time for everyone, where games can last 30 mins being a literal 5v6 without any compensation. Is it possible to add a votekick system or implement a better system to detect players trying to avoid the afk kick.

Also, can this Dezzy account be banned, he already ruined 2 games of mine.

Why would they do that when they still haven't added an anti-cheat?
Are you cheating and trying to get people to still play so you can feed your mental illness?

They already have a system that detects AFK players. It is also much easier to fight than cheaters, as you can easily tell if someone is not doing anything. Both cheaters and throwers waste everyone's time, I dont see why you would not want to ban both.
