Add a Doorman self ult button in training

Similar to no cooldown button, add a button to heavy melee (or hold interact) to be self doorman ulted to train getting out in time. There are ways to do it currently but they are weird to do.

I think that has a pretty niche use and your best bet would just be to noclip to the Baronness. It shouldn't take that long to do so.
