They read like literal names instead of capturing the actual intent. Shiv for example is translated "Navajas" which just misses all the intention and because of its lenght feels less catchy.
So here's my tips for name translation, hopefully helping future name changes:
For nicknames (Warden, Wraith, Paradox...): Either change them completely or use a name that's similar sounding, like for Wraith it could be something like Wanda or Wane, another option would be just to change the name completely, instead of "Espectro", Hechizera (Wizard), this makes the name less awkward, more memorable and related to Wraith's abilities. As a espectro is more like an evil ghost, clearly not fitting at all.
For actual names (Lash, Gray Talon, Victor, Paige): Preferably do not change, names like Lash are easy to pronnounce and it's clear that's his name (Jacob Lash), for names like Paige that are difficult to pronnounce it could be adapted to similar names like Peich or outright changed for something more unique, like the portuguese name changes (Gina = Paige)

- The Doorman > El Servidor/Sirviente (This is an unusual but fitting name, therefore keeping the mystic vibes)

- Holliday > Adelita (This is a reference to very famous revolutionary units from Mexico, they looked like cowboys)

- Kelvin > Celcio (Hispanic countries use Celsius, Celcio sounds good and fits well, also the mispronounce joke could be "Celcius" since we also use that word)
- Lady Geist > Miss Musa (Miss is a very common way to talk to high class or respected women, Musa is a latin goddess of beauty)
- Lash > Lash
- McGinnis > Maggie (Sounds similar and it's easier to pronounce)
- Mina > Mina
- Mirage > Cide (Reference to Don Quijote's arabic historian)
- Mo & Krill > Mo & Krill
- Paige > Gina (Works both in portuguese and spanish)
- Paradox > Paradoxa (Latin version of Paradoja, sounds more eccentric)
- Pocket > Puka (Reference to a very famous south-korean cartoon which hispanics really like)
- Seven > Siete
- Shiv > Shiv
- Sinclair > Sinclair
- Victor > Víctor
- Vindicta > Vindicta
- Viscous > Visco (A pun because "bizco" means having a lazy eye, making it sound cuter and funnier)
- Vyper > Cobra (Sounds better, very easy to remember)
- Warden > Guarda
- Wraith > Sombra (sounds sinister, slippery and it's memorable)
- Yamato > Yamato
