Upon using active reload the fire rate boon doesn't seem to increase Bullet Dance's Damage total. For contrast, other conditional fire rate boosters do effect Bullet Dance: Kenetic dash goes from 483 to 684 after jump dashing and Quick Silver Reload goes from 485 to 562 upon using the selected special.
