Active Reload Broken with scroll wheel

I use scroll wheel to reload. If I use active reload successfully with my scroll wheel it dose not do the immediate reload. It actually dose a whole another reload. Very frustrating.

Bumping this. I use scroll wheel for my reload. Before the patch it worked fine but after the patch it inputs another reload immediately after hitting the timing for active reload. Sure, I can just be more gentle with my scroll wheel but it doesn't feel quite right. Video for reference.
