Active Reload and Kinetic dash bug when shiv uses them same time

i think there is a bug with Active Reload and Kinetic dash when shiv uses them.
after i activate active reload, and then if i use kinetic dash, the kinetic dash doesn't apply + Fire rate with full ammo.
if i want the ability of kinetic dash, i have to use at least one bullet after active reload. but other characters are fine.

nvm works well after i restarted the game. maybe It could be happens occasionally tho or just sandbox bug.
