Active items should be their own category

Instead they go in the active item slots in which you assign the hotkeys for. No more duplicate icons in the UI.
It is a bit annoying that most of the important active items are in the spirit slots.
Could also start designing active items with good stats but weak actives to entice new players to fill up the slots.
Or consumables! I think that's a popular suggestion around here.

Feel free to nerf active items, or items in general to compensate for this theocratical change that will result in players overall having more items.
Or lock up active slots and unlock them with some sort of level or world progression.
