Active Items have stopped activating on keypress.

After the last patch, im spamming my keybinds for my active items and theyre just not popping at all. It works about 1/3 of the time. This is so annoying when youre trying to pop debuff remover to remove bebop bombs, or pop metal skin to avoid haze ult, etc.

Please address this! Its legit game breaking when half the cast is supposed to be countered by actives but they just DONT WORK.
