Effect Description : Activate to gain "Unstable Surge" for 6 seconds. Your next non-Ultimate ability cast during this time consumes the surge to become Imbued.

Imbued Mechanics:

1. Instant Reset: The ability's cooldown is instantly reset.
2. Supercharge: The ability is cast with a Tier 4 Mutation (a unique, powerful effect added to the base skill).
3. Fast Cast: Cast animation speed is increased by 50%.

(Note: If the ability is on cooldown, it simply reset the ability when activated. This a Imbued Item and can be imbued on a Single Skill / Ability Only and it can not be imbued on passive Skill / Ability. Only imbued on Active Skill / Ability.)
