Active Djinn's Marks break after ranking up

If Mirage has applied Djinn's Mark to a unit and unlocks the 3rd upgrade of Djinn's Mark that increases maximum multiplier to 16, any active marks will become bugged and become capped at 8x power. Hitting a 8x mark again will not cause the mark to deal damage only refresh the duration.
