Account not changing rating

When the rank distribution happened a few days ago my rank remained the same. Since the patch i've also gone on a 7 win streak and still my rank has not gone up at all. It's very unusual for me, i've never gone more than 5 wins a row without a rank up and not sure why my rank didnt change with distribution either. I've seen others on discord saying similar things about 10 wins a in a row and such and not changing, wondering if there's any word on whats going on? Kind of frustrating to play for upwards of 4 hours of only wins and not go up by even 1 of the 66 ranks in the game

Same thing for me i have gone 12-3 since update and had no movement
