Click only 3 heros it lets you que but not really and when you try to go back to add a fourth you cant so you have to cancel match making and THEN do it. Which arguably is annoying to do to friends.
It's a small bug and not game breaking and has its own fix but maybe prevent matchmaking until you select 4? I think it used to work like that but one of the updates broke it.
