Twice in the same match, I used Seismic Impact on a Seven during his Storm Cloud when he did not have Unstoppable and did not stun him out of it. The first time I caught him toward the bottom of his feet, the second I was directly on top of him over a car in an alley. I tried to recreate this in Hero Testing with a friend and out of a couple dozen attempts, I was only able to repeat it once.
