Abrams' Seismic Impact will occasionally get stuck in walls. I believe this is a regression which was reintroduced sometime between the 11-07-2024 Update and the 11-13-2024 Update, but I'm not sure.
When the ability gets stuck in a wall any enemy hero which falls into the "capture range" will get picked up as though Abrams hit them while plummeting.
In Match ID 27735275 I pick up the Kelvin while stuck in the wall:
In Match ID 27734019 I manage to get dislodged by an enemy Lash's Ground Strike:
