Abrams Charge not hitting enemies

Since the recent patch (which made Abrams' Shoulder Charge easier to maneuver and use A/D to strafe in) it has become wildly inconsistent with its hit detection. It's made playing Abrams extremely difficult sometimes, attached is a video of this happening several times in different matches.
