Abrams Charge Bugged Interaction With Wraith Teleport

Apologies in advance for not having the match ID, I played a lot of Abrams the past few days. However this should be easily replicable.

If you charge a Wraith while she is casting her teleport, and hit a wall before the teleport finishes, the charge will correctly stun her and prevent her from teleporting, but the charge will not move her from the place where she started the teleport cast.

This is the same interaction as with infernus charge, where charging does not move his position, but stuns him when you hit a wall.

I am bumping this post because this interaction STILL HAPPENS with infernus dash, and probably wraith teleport too

It's especially annoying since Infernus is so easy to play right now and Abrams charge is one of the only abilities in the game that can realistically contest him -- the fact that you have to wait until Infernus's entire dash is over just to charge him is absolutely crazy,

especially since it is one of the only times Infernus is going to be locked to the ground and unable to jump over the charge; the fact that you cannot charge infernus when he is literally locked to the ground definitely makes it ten times more annoying when you then also have to wait for him to double jumping around afterwards. As a game designer you'd probably want to reward rather than punish players who cover the weaknesses in their own character's abilities by exploiting the weaknesses of specific opposing character abilities.

Right now its the opposite -- Abrams gets punished. If you charge while he's running away, he keeps running away until you hit a wall, Abrams gets no follow up just stands in the flame dash swings at nothing then has to wait out his long-ass charge cooldown before being useful again. If you charge while he is dash-ulting towards your team -- he keeps running towards your team until you hit a wall, at which point it will not matter that he gets stunned because his ult goes off anyway likely still hitting half the team, rather than just you (if a charge like this was actually possible, some Abrams might consider actually maxing their ult before their 1 or 2. In any circumstance, Abrams is denied the opportunities to charge Infernus that, but for this bug, would often be literally the best possible time to charge him. If you charge before dash -- he has it to get away. If do not charge first -- you have to chase down infernus dash, a move that goes anywhere from 8-14 m/s faster than Abrams. So surely, surely if you charge him during the dash, if you actually have it when he uses the ability AND have the timing and movement and positioning to catch him, THEN you should be able to punish him, right? No: he keeps running! He gets out because F you, Infernus privilege. Who would win in a fight: Abrams hitting absolutely perfect timing on his single non-🤡 ability vs Infernus being like "nah, I'm good, I am fine actually; I will keep going." Surprisingly: Infernus! Crazy.
