Able to use buy menu in Street Brawl to buy and sell items

Loading into a Street Brawl match with the buy menu open keeps it open when loaded in. From here, you can only buy one of the 3 items you could have, once for each selection of items. Also allows you to sell the items and then begin the first round with none lol which I assume isn't supposed to be possible considering you can't skip items until later.
