the F keys to spectate teammates bug out a lot in Street Brawl and sometimes swap who is spectating who (eg, F1, which would normally spectate the leftmost player, ends up spectating the 3rd leftmost player), but more importantly, sometimes this F key bugging out causes you to be able to spectate enemy players.
Image below is of me spectating Dynamo (while were on zipline to not bug abuse, although its kinda hard to abuse that bug in street brawl)
