How to reproduce:
1. Start a game
2. Choose one of the two middle lanes
3. Bring down all the objectives before the two guards that protect the enemy base
4. Go to the enemy base, past the two guards
5. Stick behind the fence above them and move close enough for one of them to start attacking you
Result:
A guard will start attacking you, but the fence will end up blocking all the damage.
Expected:
The guard to either be immune to attacks until they are able to attack you or be able to damage you either way.
