Ability Upgrade Visual Bug After New Patch

T1 ability upgrades are not highlighted when an ability point is available.

When you want to downgrade an ability from T1 to T0 after accidentally picking it, it appears as you still have it upgraded, despite getting the point back.

From what I can see T2 and T3 upgrades work just fine.

Using "Reset Hero" in "Testing Tools" tab doesn't visually reset abilities.

Yeah, it always show you have T1 upgrade, regardless you remove it or not. It is a visual UI bug (which affects the tooltip). You just have to go by sound audio, observing the intended effect, or notice if there is a ring around the ability or not to truly know.

Yeah the same is happening for me also. It's minor, but it's annoying.
