Ability Unlock thresholds are missing

Previously, when mousing over the (i) on the hero screen, or the UI element below your life bar ingame, it would display the exact thresholds of when you unlock each ability. The UI element remains in the legend along with power increases and AP.
Changes to when boons are given may have caused them to get covered up by power increases, in any case that information is now missing.
