There seems to be a bug where you unlock an ability and later it locks where you have to unlock it once again. It's been happening pretty consistently when I play Dynamo, but this is the first time where it did not allow me to unlock the ability again after it locked.
First clip you can see my ult just finish being off cooldown and immediately locks.
Second clip you can see me actively tabbing to unlock my ultimate ability (Frozen Shelter) which did not allow me to.
When I was finally able to unlock the ability, it automatically put 1 AP into my Frozen Shelter where I did not want to allocate my points early into the game and did not allow me to remove the AP from that ability even though I did not use any abilities after putting the point in.
I've asked around in the Deadlock discord and also looked at bug posts on this issue and have heard it's been an issue with other people as well.
