A T2/T3 Item (T1 would be a bit too OP) in the Spirit Category that would increase the speed of ability projectiles by around 15%, grants a bit of Spirit and/or Spirit Armor as well. So things like Bebop's Hook would fly faster, Wraith's cards, McGinnis's Rockets/Turret/Heal Nade/Wall flight speed, Pocket's Spirit Bombs etc.
