How this works is this swaps the ability on the same slot.
I am not sure if this should be an ult, or a regular ability.
Also very important, the AP you spent is saved(If your ability has the 2 AP upgrade, MINE!!! will have the 2 AP upgrade as well. If you use MINE!!! on a hero while having only 1 AP upgrade, the swapped skill will have only the 1 AP upgrade).
Probably a little bit too crazy of an idea, but i can just imagine the whole lobby having their abilities scrambled XD.
Coding this will probably be a nightmare.
