Ability Build Order Bugged On Random Builds After Each Update

Currently each update of the game messes up the "Ability Build Order"-section on random builds of mine by adding a "re-unlock" symbol at the end of the first ability of each character
(E.G. Billy's "Bashdown", and Victor's "Pain Battery").

Without re-building the Ability Build Order, in live / sanctioned matches either the "Suggested" banner on abilities is completely missing thorough the whole match, or it will randomly pop-up halfway the match of already half-maxed characters.

Bumping since this thing still exists.
And it also randomly happens to character whose skills / abilities remain unmodified
( or at least when there is no mention in the patch notes ).

This issue actually has become worse and more frequent because it not only does happen to heroes who have been affected by updates.
But this also applied on heroes as soon as they're being played in a match.

E.G.
Before and at the beginning of the match I checked McGinnis-build the build was fine (screenshot-1).
About 5-minutes later after having unlocked few abilities, the additional ability-unlock-dor had appeared at the end of the first unlocked ability ("Mini Turret" on screenshot-2).

And this "dot" remains until the "Ability Point Order" is being re-built.
