Ability booster

Ability booster:
6200 cost spirit item. Can be imbued.
+10 Spirit power
+10% Ability Duration
+10% Ability Range


Basically a version of Aghanim`s scepter for Deadlock. With the imbue system you can have several upgrades for 1 character to allow more build customization. For those who don`t play dota and don`t know what the Aghanim`s scepter does: It basically boosts heroes abilities often giving them new effects. Some ideas for boosts that i have:
Abrams:
1) Syphon Life: now also steals Max hp from affected heroes( like Syphon Bullets).
2) Infernal Resilience: can now be activated to enter a mode where you gain 20% spirit and bullet resist and +20% melee damage, but you are silenced and your gun is disabled.

Bebop:
1) Exploding Uppercut: now stuns enemies on landing area for 1s
2) Sticky Bomb: now explodes immediately when Bebop deals melee damage to the target.
3) Hyper Beam: bebop`s normal gun now deals a % of hyperbeams dmg and slows.

Dynamo:
1) Rejuvenating Aurora: now gives 25% damage resistance to affected alies (including dynamo).
2) Singularity: explodes at the end of chanel dealing massive damage in an area larger than it`s normal cast range (so if there are enemies you didn`t catch you can deactivate it to atleast deal damage to them).

Grey talon:
1) Guided Owl: enemies that will be killed by the owl damage now glow and can be seen through walls.

Haze:
1) Sleep Dagger: smoke bomb now applies sleep dagger effect on nearby enemies.
2) Smoke Bomb: when used blinds nearby enemies (makes everything that is further than 10m pitch black)

Infernus:
1) Cataclyst: can now be stacked with diminishing returns.
2) Concussive Combustion: does a second weaker (less dmg, stun, area) explosion 1.5 seconds after the first one.

Ivy:
1) Stone Form: creates a small Kudzu Bomb with reduced duration in landing area that grows slowly each second and allows ivy to stay in stone form for up to 2s gaining increased regen.
2) Air Drop: allies can now attack when lifted (50% reduced dmg still aplies).

These are just some of my ideas (Also i don`t think that the are ballanced like at all 🙃) . I know that adding something like this will take a lot of time and will not be of first priority to the devs, but it will be so much fun and has a lot of potential to spice up some weak build by giving them good boosts.

Some more ideas since i just can`t stop thinking about them XD
Kelvin:
1) Ice Path: while active kelvil has a snowball machine gun that has a lot of fire rate, ammo, bullet velocity but deals reduced dmg. Also instantly reloads on cast.
2) Arctic Beam: can now freeze(stun) enemies completely when they are under the effect long enough.

Yamato:
1) Flying Strike: can now grapple to enemies through walls(this type of grapple has reduced range)
2) Shadow Transformation: Heals 25% max hp on activation. Now a leser version of this ability(WAY less duration and only half the resists) is cast automatically when Yamato takes lethal dmg. Shares cooldown with the ability itself. Autocast works through stuns and silences (basically to prevent Yamato from being focused, but still reward manual activation of ult).

Vindicta:
1) Crow Familiar: now has 2 charges and can stack (duration in refreshed instead of added).
2) Assasinate: now can shoot through thin walls. Low hp enemies are shown through thin walls.

Viscous:
1) Splatter: now casts Puddle Punch on hit and bounces.
2) Goo Ball: now allies that you roll over are added to the ball making it larger(doesn`t affect collision with walls like range modifications), deal more dmg and increasing the duration. Allies inside the ball have "The Cube" regeneration. Allies can leave the ball at any moment.

McGinis:
1) Mini Turret: turrets now have a secondary aoe rocket attack with decreased range (Tf2 anyone?🙃)
2) Specral Wall: allies can now walk through the wall

Lash:
1) Flog: Struck enemies have decreased bullet resist. Lash gains a 20% fire rate boost for each hero affected
2) Death slam: creates a circular boxing ring on ground that enemies cant walk through.

Paradox:
1) Kinetic Carbine: after stun ends the enemy is cursed. Curse duration scales with charge time(0.2-1s)
2) Paradoxial Swap: two Time Walls facing eachother are created when swapping. One is near Paradox and the other is near the target.


Seven:
1) Static Charge: while charging enemy has -10% spirit/bullet resist. When stunned a non moving Lightninh ball is created on target
2) Storm Cloud: randomly cast 2 lightning bolts every 0.2 seconds in range of the ability (Like SK ultimate from dota).
 
Just to clarify i imagine 2 ways this could be shown for heroes.

Either you need to hold alt when hovering over the ability(the usual description is hidden to show the upgraded effects) or it will be written on the item itself when you are looking at it in the shop.

Example for abrams(rebalanced bcs i think it was too weak):
