Item(s), that reduces time of all kinds of delays and charge-ups, and speeds up animations for example:

- All ability projectiles move faster in general
- All movement abilities are faster in general

- Abrams runs faster
- Bebop's bombs explode faster and his ult charges up faster
- Calico's bombs explode faster
- Driter's 1 charges faster and his 2 has higher speed
- Dynamo moves faster in his invulnerability
- Gray Talon charges his arrow faster, his traps have lower delay before activation
- Infernus explodes faster in his ult
- Ivy falls earlier in her stone form
- Geist's bomb explodes faster
- Lash needs less time to select targets in his ult
- Paige roots earlier with her giant sword spell, her ult moves faster
- Paradox charges up her shot faster, swap is also faster
- Pocket has lower delay for his ult, barrages fly faster
And so on

There have been similar suggestions recently. I think such items deserve to be in the game. One is to reduce the delay, and the other is to increase the velocity of the projectiles.

Volocity, I agree with, but some things like bebop and lash ult would destroy game balance and just make them gods in team fights. Other than paradox it is way to much, and even for her it is too much.

I have to disagree. We should remember that all items require a slot, so buying such an item means that some things will get less attention. In addition, it's unlikely that item like that will decrease delays more than by 25-30% without any trade-offs.

I think that adding that item wouldn't give some heroes any significant advantage. At least, Counterspell is still exists.
