abilities ignoring the cancel ability key and the "allow cancelling abilities with the ability key" toggle

McGinnis and Viscous ult cancel with the same key that's used to trigger it, regardless of the set cancel key and "allow cancelling abilities with the ability key" toggle

the reason for that is bcs they can jump during their ult

Vindicta can dash during flight but you have to change your keybinds to make that possible, it should be the same for these characters as well. OR the "allow cancelling ablities with ability key" toggle should be hero specific and default for those heroes.
