Abilities fail to cast midway through the match

Playing as Mirage when I lost access to tornado and scarab like 20-30 minutes into the match. Became a glorified range minion. Don't know what caused this behavior, I have scarab bound to E and tornado to Q, and I think I may have been stunned immediately after casting traveler prior to the bug.

you have to exit and rejoin to fix. Its because you have binds on your mouse for specific heroes or something. been 3 weeks - happens to most heroes
