When I joined the game as Kelvin I had my ability tab open (as in the one showing the tiers of ranked abilities) I could put points into abilities but I could never use them, I tried relogging but it did not fix it, only when I closed the game and reopened it was I able to use abilities again, I was able to use item actives like healing rite but no abilities.
