Abilities are being used when leveling up if they have an alt cast and you have press and hold to alt cast enabled

This happens on graves 2, doorman cart, paradox ult, anything with an alt cast if you try to level by holding tab and then hitting the ability button it will cast. Also it casts the normal way, it does not alt cast so its not from holding the button too long.
