A True "Domain Expansion" ult would be insane

I'd love to see a ult that's similar to Domain Expansion, where it takes the user and a single targeted enemy in the area to a seperate "world" where they duke it out,

Think Kelvin/mordekaiser ult.

Ideally it would belong to a melee hero that's good at dueling, especially in 1v1's

Honestly would love to see this on Fathom, where he gets in close and drags a victim down into the depths of the Deep.
