i'm not Great at making threads but imagine A Boston Frog with that Post Boy Hat with a newspaper launcher and a baseball bat
his abilities can be like blinds you with newspaper and you see an article on your screen and when he ults he home runs you and anyone in the way gets hit with collateral damage and his little parcel bag can say frog express

ability 1: newspaper launcher: launches newspaper that can blind on impact
ability 2: express delivery: can jump higher and can climb walls can camo while on walls
ability 3: Tongue Tied: latches tongue to enemy pulling yourself in
ability 4: homerun swing : swings baseball bat
