9/12 patch Pocket Flying Cloak

Please note that Flying Cloak does not accept a teleport on recast command. Character is currently unplayable. Thanks.

I had a Pocket in my last game that had this problem as well

Doubling down on this, just had the same issue with my first game on the update.

Fixed now so far with that hotfix just now.
