Does as described, reverses the effects of temporary effects that would appear on the leftmost side of the screen when toggled, negative and positive. It would not apply to any flat stat buffs that are always applied nor any special debuffs like DoTs, stuns, silences, healing rites etc. as they have no true alternative effect. While being used, a dailtone & or chatter would sound on the other end. Think it would be kind of a neat way to counterbuild against certain enemy teams, while also making for a pretty funny combos with some drawback items like cheat death. Definitely could be a niche / busted item, but I think the idea could be cool to experiment with. Maybe as a street brawl legendary that converts debuffs temporarily instead?
