Deal 200% weapon damage, pin the target to the ground for 2 seconds and remove all buffs. Any debuffs you would apply are immediately applied and cannot be dispelled or reapplied until they run out.

Some kind of counterplay item to unstop + ultimate that isn't Curse.

I like the flavor of the item, the idea of spearing somebody out of the sky is pretty fun. I imagine it would work like Knockdown/Phantom Strike where it pulls the target down to the ground. It would be nice to have a gun item that does that since the aforementioned items are spirit/vitality respectively.

I gotta say tho they also probably won't introduce a means of purging Unstoppable (I'm basing this off of Dota 2's BKB, which provides a very similar effect and cannot be purged by any means. Seems like an intentional design choice.) The counterplay to Unstoppable is jumping the person before they pop it, y'know?

BUT I think some form of this item could definitely work, personally I'd drop the "apply debuffs from your gun" part and just have the spear tether you to the ground for a second or two. Make it a skillshot like Capacitor that you can use to deal with aerial opponents, knock them out of the sky and do a chunk of damage to them.

There isn't an item in game rn that provides a tether, so this could definitely fill that niche!
