600 PING, BAN FOR 5 DAYS BECAUSE DEADLOCK'S MATCHMAKING SUCKS

This is making me angry, why the hell is there no way to filter ping in deadlock??? I get 600 ping, game constantly forces me to disconnect, then get punished due to crap servers, I wish I could talk to a mod or customer support than hopefully screaming in to the void because this is unacceptable, I get low prio, which have even WORSE servers. Punishing players because you can't be bothered to fix server issues is ridculuous and all I can do is scream in to the void and hope to god some mod actually takes a look at them.

Please actually fix this, I'm seeing constant reports like this on the forums and the devs do nothing.

Yeah it's getting more and more frustrating. Seemed to be a lot more crashes after the seemed to be a lot more crashes after old/new gods update. I'm on my fourth ban right now because the game crashes and then refuses to verify the files to let me relaunch it in time before it counts as abandoned.

I was really liking this experiment valve had going but if they're not going to fix the crashes and ban system, then they aren't truly getting feedback by indirectly softlocking people from the experience.

I thought the corruption crashing was just my PC issue but there's way too many posts lately about it.

I also thought the corruption issues was my pc at first. But now all I see is posts about this EXACT issue of files stuck verifying at 0%. Then you get banned for days.
