4 to explode owl on demand not working reliably

Had several instances where pressing 4 to detonate owl did nothing. I could only explode the owl by running it into a wall or directly into someone.

testing again just now in sandbox and it still isn't working. I can launch the owl no problem, but 4 to detonate on demand does nothing.

turns out that it's a UI bug. If you change the keybind it will say to press whatever key again to explode and space to cancel, but it's actually just space to explode
