Double Jab:
Passive: Holding the "Melee" button immediately after performing a Heavy Melee will cause you to perform another heavy melee in quick succession (50% faster cast time on that second heavy melee)

Philosophy behind the item: The purpose of this item shouldn't be just to "sneak" in another heavy melee in a stun combo but rather to counter the emergence of summoners such as Graves and McGinnis which utilize the "use 2 Heavy Melees to break X" mechanic. Also it would be really valuable when contesting mid boss. I'm sure more existing and new heroes will use this mechanic in the future and this item would be needed.
Note: This should not work on Abrams/Ivy since the stun duration on their abilities is too short (even with more duration). Balance wise, I think there shouldn't be any non-ultimate abilities that causes a stun that is long enough to allow you to get 2 free heavy melees on an enemy with this item.
