3 Mirage Bugs

Hello developers,

I have been playing Mirage for a bit and I have found 3 bugs. Check em out

1. Putting points into Fire Scarabs while the ability is active resets the charges for the ability allowing you to throw more scarabs.
2. Mirage's ult Traveler camera is in the floor when casting. pls fix
3. Fire Scarabs is not affected by the cooldown reducer inside of the lobby.
