24 hours ban after a single crash

My computer crashed at the beginning of the game, had to restart and when I got back into my match some players had already left and the game was marked as not counting.
After the match finished the game client marked my profile as temporarily banned for 24 hours

I have never abandoned a game intentionally.

I was looking forward to another game today can the ban be removed please?

24 hours later: did a fresh reinstall of the game.
Same thing happen: 2 minutes in the game crash! Was able to join back the game but multiple players had left. Ban 24 hours again.

I never had this problem before, I have more than 500 hours on this game and I really enjoy it.
What more can I do here?
