I tried to play the game, before that i got 2mb update that might be an issue since when balance patch came out problem did not occured.
When i try to move camera, game doesn't do anything, same with shoot (M1) or zoom (M2) or anything while i control character. Menus work as before, i can buy items change settings etc.
For some reason when holding TAB i can shoot and zoom.
I have tried: Validating game files; Deleting cfg folder and restoring with Validating game files option with steam cloud disabled; unbindall and binddefaults.
Also for some reason my laptop touchpad still works, so its only affects my usb mouse
