2-Tier Vitality Stamina Item


Upgrades from Extra Stamina.


When you Dash-Jump, it temporarily grants bonus health (around 150–200 HP) or a barrier that scales with Boon, plus maybe around 10% (or less) debuff resistance (either Spirit and Weapon resist, or both) for 7 seconds—similar to other Dash-Jump items. I suggest naming this item Vitality Boost. The icon could be a draft horse with a heart in the background.


Another suggestion would be to make this item—and possibly other Dash-Jump items—upgrade into Stamina Mastery, carrying over both the bonuses and the abilities of the item it’s upgraded from. This change could help make Stamina Mastery more attractive for casual players to invest in.
 
There was one item idea almost like that recently. Personally, I think item gives less benefit compared to other dash-jump items. I think it should provide stats that could be scaled, like you said about barrier. Thus, item would be useful not only in early-game, but also in all subsequent stages of the match, as well as other dash-jump items.

You also suggest about upgrading into Stamina Mastery. The item is quite balanced now and adding effects to it would make it overwhelming. Also Stamina Mastery differs from any other items upgraded from Extra Stamina, as it is not based on dash-jump.

Bonus health should scale with boons. Instead of providing debuffs or damage resistances, it could grant resistance to dash slows—something shiv players would really appreciate.

Stamina Mastery should grant fewer stats if my proposed changes are implemented (reduced stamina, shorter distance, etc.), but overall it can be balanced accordingly.
