I had this happen to me the other day. I was securing the Rejuvinator when this Warden came in and stole it, despite the fact that I used max level Petrifying Bola, and him clearly being in its area of affect, he was not petrified. I've also had a number of instances where the max level bola will only petrify some of the heroes in its radius and not all of them.
We ended up losing the game because of this bug.
